Upon execution of your lease, you will automatically be enrolled in the damage waiver and personal property insurance program as more specifically described in your lease. You will remain enrolled in the damage waiver and personal property insurance program until you provide evidence of third-party insurance with appropriate levels of coverage as required per your lease. The 24-Hour Maintenance Response Guarantee only applies to routine interior repair items. If a service associate does not respond within 24-hours of a request, the resident will receive a rent credit each day or portion of a day that exceeds the guarantee period. (*Restrictions apply)
